Gym Crush Coaching is a women-focused fitness coaching service designed to help beginners and anxious gym-goers build confidence, structure, and consistency in training. I focus on removing the confusion and intimidation that often stops women from progressing in the gym. The coaching combines training guidance, mindset support, and simple nutrition structure so clients can train independently without feeling overwhelmed or out of place.

Gym Crush Coaching accepts all training levels, from complete beginners to advanced lifters. I work exclusively with women, and I tailor the coaching to each person’s starting point. For beginners, I focus on building confidence, structure, and basic technique. For more advanced clients, I refine training, improve progression strategies, and optimise results so they continue progressing without plateaus or confusion.

No. The programmes are designed to remove decision fatigue and reduce anxiety in the gym. Every session is structured clearly with exercises, sets, reps, and rest times. The goal is to eliminate uncertainty so you always know exactly what to do and when to do it.

I don’t provide meal plans. Instead, I provide structured nutrition guidance that focuses on realistic habits, protein targets, and calorie awareness when needed. The aim is consistency, not short-term fixes and restriction.
-
Most will notice changes in confidence and routine within 2–3 weeks. Physical changes depend on you, your consistency and willingness to invest, but visible body composition changes typically appear within 6–12 weeks when training and nutrition are followed consistently.
-
Yes. The approach supports fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition. However, the focus is not just weight loss. I prioritise strength, confidence, and sustainable habits so results are maintainable long-term rather than temporary.

Gym Crush Coaching is built from experience rather than theory. I’ve been in the same position of feeling unsure, self-conscious, and overwhelmed in the gym, where even simple decisions can feel difficult. That’s why my approach goes far beyond standard coaching.
This is not just about writing programmes or assigning exercises. It’s about changing how you experience training altogether. I focus on removing the mental friction that holds people back, building real confidence in unfamiliar environments, and teaching the decision-making process behind effective training so you are not reliant on constant external instruction.
Over time, I developed a level of confidence and understanding in the gym that completely changed how I train, but I also recognise how long that process can take alone and how discouraging it can feel without guidance. My coaching is designed to shorten that gap in a structured and practical way.
-
No. I don’t use rigid or restrictive dieting systems. I encourage structured flexibility, where you understand your nutritional targets but still have freedom in food choices. This reduces binge-restrict cycles and improves long-term adherence.
-
Some elements can be adapted for home training, however the coaching and premise of building your confidence is primarily designed for gym-based progression. The gym environment provides better equipment variety, progressive overload options, and long-term results. Having said that, I will never discourage you from exercising at home, only advise you of the extra benefits of gym training.

I expect inconsistency to happen at some point. It is only natural when you are following new routines and plans. My coaching is designed with that in mind. If you fall off track, the plans focus on returning to routine without guilt, resetting structure, and rebuilding momentum rather than starting over. I help you understand what is actually going on internally when you feel stuck, unmotivated, or inconsistent, and how to respond to those moments in a practical way rather than emotionally. This includes how you think about progress, how you handle setbacks, and how you interpret your own behaviour in the gym so it stops becoming a cycle of guilt and restart.
