I’m Dania, I started Gym Crush Coaching because I remember what it felt like to hide in the corner of the gym pretending to know what I was doing. I built the company I needed back then, for the woman who's anxious, ambitious, and absolutely done feeling invisible in fitness spaces.
MY STORY…
As a mixed-race woman, I understand what it feels like to enter spaces and feel different, hyper-aware, or like you need to prove yourself. That’s why I care deeply about helping women build confidence in environments that once felt uncomfortable to be in. Don’t get me wrong, still face these struggles daily, the difference is I don’t let them define me anymore.
If you’ve ever stood outside the gym debating whether to go in, stayed attached to the cardio machines or the mats in the corner because the weights area felt terrifying, or convinced yourself everyone was judging you, you are not alone. I’ve been there along with many others.
Most women don’t struggle because they’re lazy or unmotivated. They struggle because nobody taught them how to navigate the gym mentally or physically. That’s where I come in. I am now your dedicated personal coach at the touch of a button.
Why I coach…
I know how powerful fitness can be, not just for your body, but for your mind, confidence, identity, and self-respect.
I also know that for many women, the gym can feel overwhelming. It can feel like everyone else knows what they’re doing while you’re trying not to look lost. It can sometimes feel male-dominated, intimidating, and mentally exhausting before you’ve even started and it puts you off instantaneously.
That experience is far more common than people like to admit. I’ve been in that position myself and I never thought I’d see the turnaround.
I created this space because women deserve support that understands both sides of transformation:
the physical side: training, structure, progress
the psychological side: fear, self-doubt, anxiety, consistency
Real longlasting change happens when both sides are addressed.

I combine over 8 years real training experience with a deep understanding of the mindset barriers that women face continuously in the gym.
I don’t teach from theory alone. I teach from observation, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping women feel empowered in spaces that once made them feel small.
Everything I create is built to be practical, honest, and immediately useful.
There is no fluff, fake motivation or pretending that confidence appears overnight. I will be the first to say, this is not a quick fix and you will face versions of yourself that you don’t particularly like. Dedication and commitment to the person you want to become is the only way you will overcome these personal battles.

I absolutely under no circumstances believe in shaming, punishment, or continuous self-pity. I do believe however, that confidence takes a long time to build (believe me I know). Through my guidance, small actions, and repeated wins I insist on getting you to a point where the lifestyle you live can only improve with time and patience.
