Refund policy
Last updated May 2026
Gym Crush Coaching operates a strict no-refund policy.
Once you have purchased coaching, a digital product, guide, plan, download, or any other service from us, we do not offer refunds unless we are legally required to do so.
Coaching services
Once coaching has started, refunds are not given.
This includes where:
you change your mind;
you do not use the service;
you miss check-ins or messages;
you do not follow the plan;
you do not get the result you hoped for;
your personal circumstances change; or
you decide the service is no longer right for you.
If you ask us to start your coaching during the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that we can begin work straight away. If you later cancel, you may still need to pay for any work already completed. If the service has been fully provided with your agreement, you may lose your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Digital products
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed, opened, downloaded, or sent to you.
This includes PDFs, training plans, guides, templates, resources, videos, or any other downloadable or online content.
Before receiving instant access to digital content, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to receive it straight away and understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
When a refund may be given
A refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy may only be given if required by law, for example if a product is faulty, not as described, or you have another legal right to a remedy.
