We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page will apply when you use the website or buy from us, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must not misuse the website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the website’s security, copying content for commercial use, uploading harmful code, impersonating someone else, or using the website in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Anything not clearly included in your specific offer is not included unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility

Our paid coaching services and digital products are intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you must not buy from us or take part in coaching unless we have written consent from your parent or legal guardian and we have agreed to work with you.

You must provide accurate and complete information when you enquire, buy, or take part in coaching. This includes:

  • your contact details;

  • your goals;

  • your training history;

  • relevant health, injury and medical information;

  • lifestyle information that may affect coaching; and

  • anything else we reasonably need to provide the service safely.

Health and client responsibility

Exercise, nutrition changes and lifestyle changes involve risk. You are responsible for making sure that any exercise, training, nutrition, habit or lifestyle recommendation is suitable for you.

Before starting any programme, you should check with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional if you have:

  • any medical condition;

  • an injury, pain, illness, heart condition, or fainting history;

  • pregnancy-related needs;

  • a history of an eating disorder or disordered eating;

  • medication use that may affect exercise, appetite, recovery, hydration, weight, mood, or energy; or

  • any concern about whether exercise or nutrition changes are safe for you.

You must stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, severe shortness of breath, sharp pain, unusual symptoms, or anything that feels unsafe.

We are not doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists, psychologists, therapists, or medical professionals unless explicitly stated in writing. Our services are fitness coaching and general education only. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prescribe, or provide medical advice.

Coaching relationship

Coaching is a collaboration. We will provide the coaching features described in your offer. You are responsible for your effort, honesty, consistency, safety, communication and personal decisions.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate health, injury, training, nutrition, lifestyle and availability information;

  • update us promptly if anything changes;

  • complete any onboarding forms or check-ins honestly;

  • follow guidance safely and within your ability;

  • ask questions if you are unsure;

  • stop anything that feels unsafe;

  • seek medical advice where needed; and

  • treat us respectfully.

Before coaching starts, we may ask you to complete a health questionnaire, lifestyle questionnaire, consultation form, or screening process. We may refuse, pause, adapt, or end coaching if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, outside our expertise, or not appropriate for your circumstances.

If we ask you to get medical clearance, you must not start or continue the relevant activity until you have done so.

Communication and support

We may communicate through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Google Calendar, or another agreed channel. We aim to respond within 1-2 working days , excluding weekends, holidays, illness, emergencies and time off.

Coaching support is not emergency support, crisis support, medical support, therapy, or 24/7 monitoring. If you need urgent medical help, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

If your coaching includes check-ins, you are responsible for submitting them on time and with accurate information. If you miss a check-in, provide incomplete information, or do not respond to questions, we may be unable to adjust your plan or provide the full benefit of the service.

Missed check-ins, missed messages, lack of engagement, lack of progress, or a change in personal circumstances do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Training and nutrition guidance

You are responsible for exercising in a safe environment, using suitable equipment, checking equipment before use, warming up appropriately, using safe technique, and staying within your ability.

If you are unsure how to perform an exercise, you must ask for guidance before attempting it. If an exercise causes pain, dizziness, unusual symptoms, or feels unsafe, stop immediately and seek appropriate advice.

Any nutrition information we provide is general educational guidance and is not medical nutrition therapy. We do not diagnose or treat eating disorders, medical conditions, deficiencies, allergies, intolerances, hormonal conditions, digestive conditions, or mental health conditions.

If you have a medical condition, allergies, pregnancy-related needs, disordered eating history, eating disorder history, or any concern about nutrition changes, you should seek advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

No guaranteed results

We want you to get the best possible outcome, but results vary between individuals. Your results may depend on your starting point, health, genetics, sleep, stress, hormones, training history, consistency, nutrition, effort, lifestyle, environment and personal circumstances.

We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, body composition change, strength increases, confidence improvements, health outcomes, income outcomes, or any specific result. Testimonials and transformation photos are examples only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

Your personal results are determined by your own consistency and effort to corporate with us.

Orders, payments and prices

Prices will be shown on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. Your payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy notice, fraud checks and security processes.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or not made on time, we may pause or cancel your access to coaching, digital products, or support until the issue is resolved.

Subscriptions, instalments and recurring payments

If you buy an offer that renews, is paid by instalments, or involves recurring payments, the payment frequency, price, minimum term, renewal position and cancellation process will be explained before you buy.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you remain responsible for all payments due during the minimum commitment period. Cancelling a payment method, direct debit, card, or Stripe authorisation does not automatically cancel your contract with us.

If you want to cancel, you must contact us at dania@gymcrushcoaching.com and follow the cancellation process for your specific offer.

Digital products and downloads

Digital products may include PDFs, guides, resources, templates, video content, written content, training plans, nutrition education, or other materials supplied electronically.

You must not share, copy, resell, upload, reproduce, distribute, or make our digital products available to anyone else unless we give you written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, social media, coaching materials, digital products, training plans, resources, videos, graphics, copy, branding, frameworks, templates and downloads belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may use materials we provide for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, adapt, reproduce, sell, licence, distribute, publish, record, screenshot for redistribution, or share our content publicly or privately without our written permission.

Testimonials, photos and client content

If you send us progress photos, videos, testimonials, messages, comments, reviews, screenshots, or feedback, you still own your own content. We will only use identifiable transformation photos, screenshots, or testimonials for marketing if we have your consent.

You can withdraw consent for future marketing use by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect lawful use that has already happened before we received your request, but we will take reasonable steps to stop using the content going forward.

You must not send us content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, threatening, misleading, or that infringes another person’s rights.

Pausing or ending coaching

We may pause or end coaching if you do not pay on time, do not provide required information, repeatedly miss check-ins, fail to communicate, behave abusively, act dishonestly, misuse our intellectual property, breach these Terms, or if continuing would be unsafe or outside our expertise.

If we end coaching because of your breach, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we end coaching for reasons not caused by you, we will consider a fair refund or alternative arrangement for any paid but undelivered service, subject to your statutory rights.

Third-party platforms

Our website, messages, or content may link to third-party websites or platforms such as Stripe, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, TikTok, Squarespace, or other tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, terms, policies, content, availability, or security.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for:

  • results not being achieved;

  • loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide;

  • injury or harm caused by ignoring medical advice;

  • injury or harm caused by failing to disclose relevant information;

  • injury or harm caused by poor technique, training beyond your ability, or failing to stop when something feels unsafe;

  • indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses;

  • loss of profit, business, goodwill, opportunity, or data;

  • issues caused by third-party platforms;

  • website downtime or technical problems; or

  • your use of free content without personalised assessment.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a paid product or service will be limited to the amount you paid for that product or service, unless the law says otherwise.

Consumer rights

If you are a UK consumer, you have legal rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include illness, emergencies, accidents, platform outages, payment provider issues, internet issues, strikes, extreme weather, legal restrictions, or other events we could not reasonably prevent.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact dania@gymcrushcoaching.com with:

  • your name;

  • the service or product you bought;

  • your order date or client start date;

  • what has gone wrong; and

  • what outcome you are asking for.

We will aim to acknowledge complaints within working days and provide a response within working days where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
